Making Moves Happen is My First Priority

Some of you are hesitant in putting your home on the market. Allow me to offer 5 things you can do to help you sell your home faster. - Have a home inspection done before you put your home on the market. This will give you the heads up on what types of repairs are needed to you can take care of them ahead of time.
- Organize and clean. Make your home as uncluttered as possible. Pack all items that are not used and put them in storage. Clean your windows, carpets, walls, lighting fixtures, baseboards.
- Get estimates for replacements. Do you have a big ticket item that will need to be replaced, like the carpet or the stove? The figures you have will help you in the negotiation process.
- Find all warranties of appliances that will remain with the house.
- Make your curb appeal "pop". Pretend you are the buyer. Would you buy your house at its present state? Do the lawn and bushes look manicured? Are there pretty flowers or plantings that draw attention to your house?
The condition of a home is a major factor in getting a property sold or not. Other vital factors consist of 1 - the location (which we do not have control of) 2 - the marketing (which I have covered) 3 - the price (which the market tells us).
